Schedule of Paws 4 Love/hphp activities for next 6 mos.

We've got an active 6 months ahead of us. Call those members near you and remind them. Put these on your personal calendar. We need everyone's involvement.
[b]August 11th[/b], 2:00 Ice Cream Social , Liberty Health Care Center---serving Ice Cream Floats
August27th, 10 a.m. to 3:p.m., Dog Days of Summer Adoption event, Goodfella's in Beaumont. Paws will there, recruiting for workshop, tell about therapy dogs.
September 4th, Mrs. Doris Bodenhamer's
90th birthday (Janice's mother our first Honorary member--was active till 2 yrs ago-surgery)
September 10th:
A. READ at the Liberty Library-1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Sign up with Sherri Thibodeaux or Lyvone Hoover.
B. Responsible Dog Owner's Day, PetSmart, Beaumont, Noon -4:00, Paws will present Safety Around Dogs at 1:00 and at 3:00--dogs need each session to test; and to visit with folks about therapy dogs and Paws.
September 17th, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Pet Therapy 101 workshop, Kountze Elementary school Pre-K classroom. Niesy chair, Presenters: Niesy, Sara, and Jo Ann everyone welcome.
September 18th, 1:00 p.m. till finished: Team Evaluations, Jo Ann and Perry evaluating, need Team assistants and Neutral dog team. Kountze elementary
September 24th, 9:00- afternoon Bark for Life, Terrel Park, registerwith Sara to be part of the Paws team.
October 1st, READ Liberty Library, 1:00 to 3:00 sign up with Sherri or Lyvone
October 8th, Dogfest, 8:00 a.m. into afternoon, Downtown Beaumont/Giant Fire Hydrant, Denice and Niesy chairpersons Paws will have tent and table.
October 22nd, READ Liberty Library, 1:00 to 3:00 sign up with Sherri or Lyvone
November 6th, CGC Evaluations, Baytown Kennel Club's Agility Trial, Crosby Fairgrounds, Jo Ann and Frances will be evaluators. This is a $$$ making for Paws. Need helpers.
December 4th, Christmas Party

February 25th 2012, Pet Therapy 101 workshop Paws presenting at VIcki's request to support the hospital's Pet Partner program. More details later.
See I told you it was a busy time. Looking for lots of smiling faces
and wagging puppy dog tails.
