Date for Ice Cream Social at Liberty Health Care Center

Need to get the group's approval for the date for the Ice Cream Social at the Liberty Health Care Center. Want to have as many handlers and dogs there as possible:

Proposed date: August 11th(2nd Thursday in August, at 2:00 in the activity center/dining room.
we will provide ice cream, drinks, cookies, cups and napkins.
we will take orders, serve,
and enjoy the residents' company.

Based on your response, I will confirm the date or opt for the third Thursday (18th)

I won't be able to come due to summer classes.

Great time was had by all. Thanks Janeen and Bet and Kathy and Gypsy for sharing puppy love while Jana Buchanan, Janice Bodenhamer and I served. My preacher Mary Gossett came by to see what the group did and was impressed. She is young and this is her first pastorate. Hope she will take some of this learning on into her future churches.
