Halloween at Liberty health Care Center

Started to go to the hospital for Halloween with Bruce dressed as a clown--he actually acted like he was proud to be dressed up--he loved the extra attention and solicitous attitudes of the men.

But I ran out of time so we headed to the Liberty Health Care center. made it in time for the end of the residents halloween party. Bruce made the rounds, loved the attention. The women thought he was soooo cute and the men felt sorry for him and gave him bits of their cookies.

THen we went to the library supposedly to return a book, but also to Trick or Treat those we found there. Sue and the other librarians had to give Bruce lots of loving, thenw e found some children and shared our bag of candies with them.

Finally went out to James' son's home in North Liberty to see the children and Trick or Treat them (they haven't been out to Trick or Treat their grandfather in several years-getting to big and involved in special parties now) but no one was home.

All in all had a nice Halloween afternoon and enjoyed the friends at LHCC. By the way, Mrs. B is not doing well--weak and trouble eating.
