READ WORKSHOP IN HUNTSVILLE CANCELLED

THe READ workshop in Huntsville has been cancelled. PResentors had pressing needs to be in Utah at that time.
HOWEVER> There will be a READ workshop presented by our members and others in Beaumont on the same day. This will be a great opportunity for all of us to share, learn and get to know each other. It will be applicable to those who do not do READ because there will be information that will applicable to the use when in Pedi and when working with children in counseling sessions, or in other educational settings. Or just being with children.
Right now we are in the planning stage, but we hope to have presentations on Understanding Autism, how to reach the slow learner, and more information on reaching children. There will be "hands-on learning tips" from seasoned teams and Diane and I will be helping with whatever we come up with.
Lu\nch will be served and we will be over at probably 2:00---time to make a visit at the hospital
Haven't talked with Vicki yet, but hope to have it there. If not will ask Michelle Hammerly for a room at St. E's education area.
Stay tuned. Volunteer.
