Thanks to all who worked on the quilt raffle and who donated. Janice reports that we made over $800 on the raffle. (The winning ticket was drawn by Mama [Doris Bodenhamer] and the quilt went to James Hall, but Donna Hall has claimed it.)

Thanks to Dransco, Inc. (Sissy and Richard Hebert) of Devers for their donation of $300 to the R.E.A.D. program in Devers. They supported me with an initial $300 the Spring semester of 2008 and now have continued that support this semester as Janice and Sally have joined Holly and me.

Jana and Brodie are now the first R.E.A.D. team in the Liberty ISD. The third grade teachers are excited.
