workshop in devers

thought we had a really good worksop, very informative.....i really learned a lot. gene ate a whole plate of tomatoes....LOL

Diane had just called and asked if I had had any feedback from the participants. She is planning on doing the same for her group August 11th during their next evaluations. She was impressed with everyone there and very appreciative of those who were evaluated. She said it was really great that you folk let us discuss the scoring and make suggestions. She was also impressed that we all supported each other, no one being judgmental or critical, but all seeing every action of handler and dog as an opportunity to learn so that we as a team will be better prepared for the next evaluations.

I brought in a bushel of tomatoes this morning. HELP!!!!!need some eaters!!! more on the vines.

I am beginning canning today. Looking for a good salsa recipe. Got one anyone???

Please e-mail that reipe to me. I will be going after my granddaughter tomorrow and home Monday, but Tuesday I will be ready to start canning. Have put up 6 half-pints of jalopenas, 6 half-pints of banana peppers, 5 quarts of tomato juice, and 7 pints of sweet tomato relish. Want to try salsa.
