Nederland Elementary School

Friday a group of us (Jana and Brodie, Janice and Sally, Frances and Fancy, Lyvone and Darla, Kay and Wishbone, Karen and Dallas --their first, and Holly and I) "Tested" the children at the elementary school in Nederland.

What a wonderful group of children. The Coach and his assistant had done an excellent job of teaching the program. The children came into the gym very quietly and followed the coach's directions in an orderly manner, taking their places in front of the team they were directed to. They were polite throughout the exercises. We had about five minutes at the end of the two sessions and the children asked to pet the other dogs, so we rotated handlers. The children could not have been better behaved.

As we were driving out of the parking lot, two different boys rode by on their bikes and each shouted, "Thank you for bringing the dogs." Really restored your faith in our children.
