A pair of Shelties Need a home
Yes, I know this breaks my heart to write this and not be able to go get these two beauties. The owner has taken on a "Special needs dog" and says she is unable to keep these two.
Both dogs were born in 2004, have all shots current, heartworm negative, and have be spayed or neutered. They are housebroke and have obedience training. The owner only wants a good home for them and that they be kept together if at all possible as they have been raised together.
The male is a tri-colored (like Holly) named Buddy. The female is a blue merle and her name is Holly. The kennel owner said that she more high energy than the male. They are both reported to be very sweet tempered and meet people eagerly. (maybe check out for a therapy dog)
The dogs are at a kennel in Lumberton: Contact Cheryl at 409-755-9035

Re: A pair of Shelties Need a home
A story with a happy ending. These two Shelties were adopted by a family in the Huntsville area. The lady and her daughter drove from Huntsville to Beaumont to meet the dogs and the former owner. It was love at first sight. It was reported that the little tri-color male almost immediately bonded to his new mother and the female was attaching to the young daughter. The Shelties have a new forever home and the family have two new wonderful companions.
