My Mother fell

My mother fell yesterday around 10 in the car port. She has a broken left hip (femur) and a broken left arm. They will do surgery as soon as her blood has goten to the right level. she takes a blood thiner. They said the surgery could be tomorrow or Monday .Just depending on her blood level. The nurses said she would be fine through the night and when we came this morning she was. she talks like always and has been eating a little. They say she will make it through the surgery and then their will be rehab. she is in San Jacinto methodist hospital in Baytown. Her surgeon will be Doctor Horne . They said he is the best. and I know several people that have used him. I will let everyone know how she is doing and after her surgery.

Waiting to hear from Janice. Jana and I went to visit yesterday afternoon. Both Janice and Mama were stable. If the blood was o.k. they would do surgery this morning at 8:00. then 5 days in hospital, 6 weeks in rehab in Baytown.
