My dogs are very interested in this white stuff. I realized that none of them were with us in Alaska and I don't know about snow. It was very entertaining this morning! One stood on the porch and aimed for a shrub so he didn't have to step in it.

Crush got a "snow demon" and went rip-roaring through the snow, throwing his new pheasant in the air and killing it with great relish. He was as entertaining as the kids were. I'm so glad all the kids got to experience the snow today. That was a rare treat, or as my 5-year-old said, "a Christmas miracle!"

My dogs ignored the snow. The only one to acknowledge something was amiss was Bruce. He stopped and licked it several times, then went on his search for cats and recontisence of his territory.
