Ice Cream Floats and Puppy Dogs

Had a great time at the Liberty Health Care Center serving Ice Cream Floats (Vanilla Blue Bell topped with root beer, Big Red, Orange Crush or Dr. Pepper) and cream sandwich cookies to the waiting residents. All seemed to enjoy the treats. Of special interest to the residents were Bet (Janeen Schnieder's English Setter) and Gypsy (Cathy Lempa's great black double rescued dog). Janice Bodenhamer, Jana Buchanan and I concentrated on digging out the ice cream and pouring the toppings. It is always great to see the enjoyment on the residents faces. Don't know which was most popular--the floats or the pups.

Thanks all for the help. We'll have to come up for something for Christmas.
