It is Still Ticking
After a month of varied heart tests, got a wonderful report from the cardiologist. He said that if he had not had the records from 2000-2004 he would never have believed I had the problems which occurred during that time. Everything checked out fine, no problems, no skip beats, no frantic beats, and no need for medication. Just watch blood work and take asprin.
Good for another 70 years!!

Re: It is Still Ticking
Got to thinking. (that is dangerous sometimes) I retired from a very stressful job September 2004. My major heart problems occurred during 2000-2004, then began to ebb, but not done away with. Then Paws began.
Remember the information I sent out a while ago about the beneficial effects of volunteering for the volunteer--both psychological and physical effects. I can't remember the last time I had an "attack". Didn't even flare up this past month when the idoit wanted to wench the 18 wheeler cab off my fence by using my pecan tree---that should have done it.
Could it be that the power of volunteering and the power of our animals has worked it's majic on me? I give all of you credit and Holly and Bruce and Rosco, well Rosco is on the edge of that.
