I finally got an answer from the administrator's administrator. They had a problem with the entire platform and lost the avatars. So we have to re-upload them. I'm sorry for the bad news, I was hoping it was something I could fix in the admin section.

I tried putting some pics up last night and I can do it if I have the pics. I did Rhonda and Darrell. I'm searching for my website pics and can't find them. I can't even steal them back off the website. I tried HPHP too and couldn't do it. Still working on it.
